Maestria Academy is a bootstrapped AI-education company founded in August 2025 in São Paulo. Under the brand Maestros da IA we run a YouTube channel, a paid community and B2B AI implementation projects. Behind the scenes, most of our operations are run by AI agents built on Anthropic's Claude.

What we do
AI education. The Maestros da IA YouTube channel and our paid community teach Brazilian professionals to use AI tools and agents: weekly live sessions with specialists, 20+ hours of structured courses, 100+ ready-to-use agents and daily support.
AI implementation for companies. Through Maestros da IA Empresas we design and deploy AI agents and automations for Brazilian businesses.
What we build on Claude
- An AI-run company. An internal hierarchy of Claude-powered agents (8 chiefs, 23 department heads and 60+ specialist workers) built on Claude Code, which plans, delegates and executes our daily work through a live dashboard.
- Member support and operations. Agents that answer community members, reconcile payments with course access and keep our member base in sync.
- Content production. Agents that track AI news, draft scripts, titles and course material, and prepare video packaging for our channels.
- Teaching Claude. Courses and live sessions that show our members how to build their own agents with Claude and Claude Code.
Next, we are turning these internal agents into production services on the Claude API for our members and for B2B clients.
